How do you become friends with someone you are inter4ested in but never talked to in a non creepy way?

Well, how did you make your other friends? Just go up to them and start talking with them. You could be really blunt like, ';We should get to know each other';, or something like that. As long as you aren't insanely flirting with someone you don't even know, it shouldn't come off as creepy.
