Theres a girl in my school who i really like and i want to become friends with but I don't even talk to her or anything and was wondering is there any way i can become her friendHow to make friends with someone you don't know?
The simplest answer is by being friendly. This could be a smile, letting her in front of you in the line, holding the door open. Finding common ground is a good way. Start with asking her if she's seen someone (teacher/your friend/etc) then introduce yourself. Later say hi and ask her something like ';had a good weekend?';
slowly. talk to her and gradually get to know her better, and let her get to know you.

ask if she has a phone and text eachother


go for walks together


meet up at a park near your house
cheesy, but be true to yourself, be open, and don't take it personal if she rejects you. it just wasn't meant to be.
first start out talking to her, try to find out what she likes, minor things. after a while if she wants to talk you'll be friends.
